Murray Hamilton

Murray Hamilton is the Principal of Alinia. His expertise includes - executive coaching, strategy facilitation, culture audits and innovation workshops.

Murray is a Director of the International Coaching Federation, Australasia; is ACC credentialed; has over 2,000 hours of executive coaching experience; is accredited by Human Synergistics for its LSI-360 behavioural coaching tools and OCI culture surveys; and is accredited in Synectics innovation programs.

Murray has degrees in Law and Commerce (UNSW), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA/Securities Institute of Australia) and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (University of Hawaii) and Oxford Strategic Leadership Program.

He has extensive leadership experience, including CEO roles in legal, media, financial services and manufacturing businesses. His experience covers a range of ownership models and management styles, having worked with US, UK and European multinationals, ASX-listed and private companies.

In his executive coaching and facilitation roles, he has worked with companies including – CSR, MicroSoft, Knight Frank, De Lage Landen, Australian Rugby Union, Oracle, Merivale Group, Salmat, Caltex, UBS, Bell Potter and others.

Neil Ross

Neil Ross has extensive expertise in: executive search; marketing consulting and innovation workshops; and teaching executives  the art of speaking that is powerful, passionate and persuasive.

Neil was the Group General Manager of Marketing for QANTAS from 2006-2008, and has been Managing Director of advertising agencies DDB Sydney, McCann Erickson Sydney, and Smith Ross & Muir - one of Australia’s first integrated communications agencies.

His extensive experience includes in-depth involvement in solving marketing and communications issues for some of Australia’s most valued brands and leading companies including QANTAS, McDonald’s, MasterCard, Hungry Jack's, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb and Air New Zealand.

Neil brings this experience to bear when searching for executives to fill high level marketing, communications and product innovation roles with companies that include Westpac, eftpos, Hungry Jack's and The Australian PGA.
